Alcatel USB modem does not have customer accessible diagnostics. The only way to determine your DMT footprint is to call the helpdesk and have them escalate to the DSG (DSL Services Group). The DSG has the capability to pull the DMT footprint from the ADSL modem in the central office (the DSLAM). You may or may not be able to get the helpdesk to relay the details of the DMT footprint.

You can infer that you are having a DMT problem by monitoring AAL5 CRC errors here:
